Doni Shamsuddin is responsible for the company’s strategic objective to grow our Investment Management business in Asia Pacific ex Japan. He is a member of the BNY Mellon’s Asia Pacific Executive Committee and a Board Director of various BNY Mellon companies. His career at BNY Mellon spans over 17 years, with a total of 21 years’ of international experience in the financial services industry spanning London, Tokyo and Hong Kong.

Most recently Doni served as the CEO of Hong Kong & Co-Heads of Asia Pacific for BNY Mellon Investment Management. Prior to this, he was the Chief Product & Operating Officer for Asia Pacific. Doni joined BNY Mellon in January 2003 from Mazars in London where he was a Senior Auditor.

Doni is a Chartered Accountant (ICAEW) and a CFA Charterholder. He holds a B.A. in Accounting, Financial Management and Economics from The University of Sheffield.
