YF Life - Universal Life Product
The Consumer Scores are based on 2,500 independent and unbiased affluent insurance customers of Hong Kong and Mainland Visiting Customers from the BENCHMARK 2020 Insurance Survey that includes 450+ metrics over four pillars of satisfaction. The Overall score is an aggregated score of the four pillars.
Overall Score out of 100%
Measures the satisfaction level of advisory, pre, and post-sale care, suitability, advocacy, and retention. A higher percentage means more satisfaction.
Cost of Product
Measures whether the product is reasonably priced, the cost of product and fees, and the value-for-money perception. Newer products tend to have higher scores.
Satisfaction on R.O.I.
Policyholders' satisfaction considering what each dollar can buy, including claims frequencies and coverages, rewards on no claims, leverage ratios, and bonuses.

YF Life - Prestige ULife Insurance Plan
This product designed for high net worth individuals has an optimistic outlook. While the U Life space is relatively new for YF, it has made some breakthroughs over the years. The 2.75% p.a. guaranteed minimum interest should be the most significant selling point for the product. The 3.7% current crediting interest rates plus a 1% reward bonus is considered relatively high for ultra long-term savings products. The secured protection with no lapse for the first ten years is an important feature added to the product. We would, however, like to see more of the sustainability and ESG policies adopted to the investment practice of the Par fund.
