Sun Life - Foresight Deferred Annuity Plan

This product is a strong annuity product that provides overall flexibility carefully designed to meet the needs of various customers with up to 56 choices.  It comes with two payment terms, four options for the annuity period, and seven choices for start age.  The thoughtful features include a higher portion of monthly guaranteed annuity payment up to 81% than the GL19 requirements of 50%-70%.   For the non-guaranteed part of the annuity income, clients are guaranteed to receive a non-decreasing monthly income from the plan. The product uses an annually declared reversionary bonus mechanism to lock as an additional guarantee for future monthly income payments.  Sun Life is also known for its robust investment capability. We are especially fond of the company's sustainability and ESG policies adopted by the CIO's office running their Par funds. Sun Life is rated in the top-5 percentile in ESG by Benchmark's sister company, BlueOnion.
