Capital SZSE SME Price Index Exchange Traded Fund


Outstanding achiever in the Taiwan Chinese A-Shares ETF category is awarded to the Capital SZSE SME Price Index Exchange Traded Fund, which offers investors alternative Chinese A-share market choice with this exposure to the Shenzhen SME Board Index.

The instrument tracks the Shenzhen SME Board Index (Note Index has now been merged)

which is one of the three boards of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. Initially established in 2004 to serve companies with stable and profitable manufacturing businesses, it comprises the 100 most prominent and most liquid companies on the SME Board market. Today the most significant proportion of constituents are technology-related stocks, followed by consumer staples and discretionary.

The Fund trades on stock-based physical replication of the SME Board and has an excellent track record with a tracking error of just 3.87% over the last three years, comparing well to other A-Share tracking ETFs.

This ETF has been reviewed by four industry veterans of the Benchmark judging committee.
