Winnie is currently the Head of Fixed Income in the Fixed Income team at Hang Seng Investment Management Limited ("HSVM"). In her role, she is responsible for managing a range of retail and institutional fixed income portfolios. Her expertise and leadership have been instrumental in the success of the Hang Seng Hong Kong Bond Fund, which was awarded the Best-in-Class award under the HKD Fixed Income category at the Benchmark Fund of the Year Awards in 2023.

In 2024, the fund was also awarded the Asset Class Awards from AsianInvestor under the HKD Bond category. Winnie joined HSVM in 2006 and has held various positions within the company, including Senior Dealer and Investment Manager. During her tenure, she played a crucial role in expanding HSVM's fixed income capabilities when the firm began managing life insurance portfolios. Prior to joining HSVM, Winnie worked as an Assistant Product Development Manager at Hang Seng Bank. In this role, she was responsible for developing new products, creating marketing programs, and formulating sales strategies for the insurance direct sales team.

Winnie holds a Bachelor's degree from Western Ontario University and a Master of Business Administration degree from York University. Her educational background, combined with her extensive experience in the fixed income industry, makes her a valuable asset to the HSVM team.
