In his current role as Executive Director, Sustainable Finance, WRB, Victor works closely with the business stakeholders to drive Standard Chartered Bank's Sustainability agenda. Some of the areas include business development, product innovation, investment advisory and governance. 

Prior to joining Sustainable Finance in 2022, he was Head, Fund Select for Group Managed Investments. In his role, he oversees the selection and due diligence of high conviction mutual fund solutions for client advisory. Victor also worked as an Investment Strategist, advising the bank in the area of asset allocation and was in charge of developing the Equity Conviction lists. 

Victor started his career as an Investment Analyst with a long/short hedge fund where he was responsible for fundamental research of Asia Ex-Japan equities. Victor has more than 15 years of experience in the investment industry. Victor holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Newcastle. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charter holder.
