Stephen Tong is a Senior Vice President and Senior Client Portfolio Manager for Franklin Income Investors based in Singapore. He focuses on leading the distribution strategy of Franklin Income Investors multi-asset income strategies across the APAC region. Before joining Franklin Income Investors, he was a VP Senior Client Portfolio Managers at Franklin Templeton Investment Solutions where he focuses on designing and managing multi-asset portfolios for retail and institutional investors.

Prior to joining Franklin Templeton in 2018, Mr. Tong was a Senior Investment Consultant with Willis Towers Watson, where he advised institutional clients in Asia on investment strategy, portfolio construction and manager selection. Prior to his tenure with Willis Towers Watson, he was an auditor with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PWC). Mr. Tong holds a bachelor of economics and finance from the University of Hong Kong and also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
