Stephan has over thirty years of experience in the banking sector, in the fields of capital markets, asset management and private banking, and has been working in Singapore and Hong Kong since 1999. Before founding WMA, Stephan was the Asia CEO of UBP Private Banking (SG & HK) until June 2015, and held a number of high-profile positions at Swiss-Asia (CIO and managing partner, SG & HK), Deutsche Asset Management (MD-Regional head of Sales, SG & HK), Citigroup Private Bank (MD, HK & SG) and BNP Paribas (Head of Treasury APAC and Fixed Income, SG).

Stephan, a French-born Singaporean citizen, holds a Master in Economy & Finance from Sciences Po-Paris and a BSc in Applied Mathematics from Paris Dauphine-PSL.
