Sophie Scott is the head of International Portfolio Specialists for the Investment Solutions team at Allspring Global Investments. In this role, she leads the team's efforts to effectively deliver the products, strategies, and capabilities of the Investment Solutions team to investors within Europe and Asia. Together with the head of U.S. Product, Sophie partners with both client-facing and operational teams to grow the Investment Solutions business.

She joined Allspring from its predecessor firm, Wells Fargo Asset Management (WFAM). Prior to her current role, Sophie was a senior solutions analyst for the Multi-Asset Solutions team. She began her investment industry career in 2013. Sophie earned a national diploma in business and marketing from De Montfort University. She has earned the right to use the Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA®) designation.
