Ms. Cai joined ChinaAMC in 2017 as fixed income portfolio manager. Before joining ChinaAMC, Ms. Cai has worked in Fosun International Limited as investment manager, assisting in managing fixed income portfolio with AUM over $20billion USD.

Prior to that, she worked in Guotai Junan Assets (Asia) Limited and Guotai Junan Securities (Hong Kong), led the development of RQFII and QFII products and assisted in managing an Asian high yield credit portfolio. She holds a Master degree in Finance from Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
