Ms. Zhan is the ESG specialist who has over 10 years' experience on Asia Index product design and Index product positioning particularly in carbon efficiency products, 2 years of consulting service on delivery of ESG strategy for asset management industry. Prior to joining CSOP, Ms. Zhan worked at KPMG where she provided consulting services to asset management companies.

She was involved in ESG and sustainability consulting projects, including framework building, benchmarking system development and provided ESG sustainability strategies and related tools to help clients achieve their ESG sustainability goals. With her career began in 2008, Ms. Zhan worked at S&P Dow Jones Index where she was responsible for Index product design, product positioning and driving the commercial success of S&P Asia cover indices.

She joined on Government Pension Investment Fund (GPIF) index selection tender in 2018 and two S&P Carbon efficiency Stock indices were selected (invested) by GPIF with USD 10 billion. Ms. Zhan graduated from London South Bank University with Master of in International Finance and Investment.
