Based in Hong Kong, Pamela Yau is a Managing Director and is responsible for the coverage of Asian equities (with primary coverage on China/HK equity strategies). She works closely with the China/HK equity investment management teams and is the primary resource for communicating the key features and attributes of the company's Asian equity strategies to existing clients, prospects and consultants globally. Pamela has over 20 years of experience with a background in equity research.

Before joining Manulife Investment Management, she was Director in Equity Advisory at HSBC Private Bank. Prior to this, she was an Investment Counselor at Citi Private Bank and Equity Specialist at Merrill Lynch Wealth Management/Bank Julius Baer based in Hong Kong. Earlier in her career, Pamela worked as a consultant with Deloitte Consulting in Toronto and as an equity research associate with RBC Capital Markets in New York City, United States.
