Leo is the Chief Investment officer for Grace Harmony (Hong Kong) Limited, a Hong Kong-based family office. He has over 27 years of investment experience in several prominent family offices in Hong Kong. Over his long career for family offices, he held roles across multiple asset classes and functional areas, including overseeing research and asset allocation, managing the Equity and Fixed Income portfolios, and building and managing the Hedge Funds of Funds portfolio.

He also has strong interest in impact/ESG investing and has covered ESG and impact investments since 2014. Leo is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Certified Financial Planner (CFP). He obtained his MBA in Finance from Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and a B.Eng. in Computer Engineering from University of Hong Kong.
