Felix joined Hang Seng Investment Management Limited ("HSVM") in 2011 and currently serves as the Head of Indexing, overseeing the management of indexing investment portfolios across global markets. In this role, he is also responsible for managing HSVM's indexing portfolios, with a primary focus and expertise in the Asian and Greater China markets.

HSVM was recognized as the 'Best ETF Manager' by CAPITAL Merits of Achievement in Banking and Finance in 2023. Under Felix's leadership, the Indexing Team has been honored with 25 awards in indexing over the past 5 years from reputable institutions such as Bloomberg Businessweek, BENCHMARK, and HKEX. Felix has extensive experience in managing indexing portfolios across various asset classes, including equities, futures, forwards, FX swaps, gold bullion, and funds.

Prior to joining HSVM, he gained valuable banking experience across different divisions at HASE. Felix holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, a Master's degree in Applied Mathematics from the City University of Hong Kong and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
