Based in Hong Kong, Derrick is a Managing Director and is responsible for the coverage of all Asia-Pacific equity strategies. He works closely with the Asian equity investment management teams and is the primary resource for communicating the key features and attributes of the company's Asian equity strategies to existing clients, prospects and consultants globally. Derrick has over 19 years of financial industry experience. He joined the firm from Standard Chartered Bank, where he served as Director, Asia ex-Japan Convertible Bond Sales.

Prior to this, he was Vice President and Equity Analyst at Nomura International Hong Kong. Before this he held equity research positions with Merrill Lynch in Hong Kong and Franklin Templeton Investments in the United States. Derrick holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from University of California, Berkeley in the US.
