Clement is the Chief of Fund Advisory at the CIO and Investment Advisory Department of Hang Seng Bank Ltd. He has over ten years of experience in the investment industry. He served in a number of positions in mutual fund companies and international bank.

He also obtained a Master of Business Administration degree from York University, Canada. He is currently responsible for the research of global markets and funds of various asset categories.
