Christopher Lau recently joined Gain Miles as the Chief Investment Officer of their newly expanded asset management arm. Christopher is a veteran pension and investment consultant with an earlier career in both Willis Towers Watson and Mercer in Hong Kong.

Before joining Gain Miles early this year, Christopher spent over 7 years with Manulife Investment Management, initially focusing on fund and investment manager research and analysis for investment platforms in the whole of Manulife Asia, and most recently heading the team overseeing the investment management (including product development, fund and manager selection and asset allocation for multi-manager single asset class funds) of the Manulife MPF platform with an AUM of around US$40 billion, the biggest in the industry.
