Belle joined Hang Seng Bank in 2011 as Head of Investment Advisory, and she has taken the new role as Chief Investment Officer of the wealth management business at Hang Seng since 2023. She is currently in charge of asset allocation strategy and investment product advisory and solutions for the Bank's high net worth clients as well as corporate clients.

Prior to joining Hang Seng, she had accumulated years of experience in global markets and Hong Kong equities, as a research analyst and equity strategist for various financial institutions.
