Alvin is Head of Investment Management at Income Insurance, leading public and private markets external funds' investments. With a career spanning north of 20 years, Alvin has held investment roles with an emphasis on manager selection and allocation. Previously, he was with the External Funds Division at the Monetary Authority of Singapore, and was  Head of Funds at Bank of Singapore and Founding General Manager at a single family office.

Alvin is a graduate of the Master of Science in Financial Engineering and Bachelor of Accountancy (First Class Honours) programs from the National University of Singapore and Nanyang Technological University respectively. He also holds the CFA, CAIA, CFTe and AWP designations.
